All description fields must be filled out. One form for each claim/unit. Without error description - please send pictures if possible - a swift handling is impossible! The company ASP GmbH gives 24 months warranty on parts from the purchase date stated on invoice, with the exception of consumables like batteries and already reclaimed parts with a 12 months warranty. To lay claim to warranty the presentation of the original invoice is necessary. When there is no invoice attached the warranty time ends according to the invoice of ASP GmbH. All parts are sent out on principle with invoice. If the defective parts are sent back and the decision of a case of warranty is made, a credit note will be issued. If the broken parts are not sent back to ASP GmbH within 8 weeks (Germany 4 weeks), no credit note will be issued and the full invoiced amount will become due.
